Welcome to Adel | Trading Journal (the “Web App”) and its official website (collectively, the “Services”). These Services (Both the Web App and the Website) are developed, owned, and maintained exclusively by the Developer (“Adel Mahmoudian”), referred to herein as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing, registering for, or using the Web App or the Website in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Adel | Trading Journal is a web-based application consisting of a Web App that provides analytical, organizational, and functional tools, and a Website for informational purposes and access to the Web App.

By using the Web App, you agree to :
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the Web App is permitted under the laws and regulations of their country of residence.
The web application stores all user-generated data exclusively on the user's local device. The Web App does not store or retain any user-generated data on its servers.
The user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for backing up and preserving their data. We shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from the Web App reset, device reset, deletion, system formatting, or any other user action.
Analytical computations are performed in real-time execution environments (Edge Computing) to provide performance insights. This process is transient; the Web App does not store or retain any user-generated data during these computations.
Access to certain features of the Web App requires valid license activation. While the purchase occurs through third-party platforms, the Web App is the environment where license keys are entered, verified, and activated. License validity and purchase time are verified through authorized third-party providers during the activation process.
License Validity & Activation Window :
The validity period of each license is calculated from the purchase time on the third-party platform. To provide users with sufficient time to activate their licenses, 365-day licenses include an additional 7-day activation grace period, resulting in a total validity of 372 days from the purchase time. Any license that is not activated within the grace period will have its validity reduced accordingly. Unused grace days cannot be recovered. Licenses that remain inactive beyond their total validity period will expire and cannot be reactivated.
⚠️ Important: License activation is the responsibility of the user. Licenses not activated within the specified period cannot be extended or restored.

Device and Active Session Limitations:
Each license is strictly intended for use by one user on a single device and a single active session at any given time. To ensure security and prevent license sharing, the Web App monitors access patterns. Frequent or unusual changes in devices and sessions may be flagged as suspicious activity. In such cases, the user may face temporary or permanent access restrictions, or cooldown periods for switching between devices.
Each user is responsible for securely storing their Master Password, which is used to identify license ownership. Sharing or disclosing the Master Password with others is strictly prohibited. Loss, compromise, or unauthorized sharing of the Master Password may result in permanent loss of access to the associated license, with no option for recovery. The Web App recognizes the holder of the Master Password as the lawful owner of the license.
Due to the digital nature of the License Keys and the immediate access granted to the Web App’s features, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a license is purchased, except as required by the specific terms of the third-party payment platform (e.g., Gumroad).

Any attempt to interfere with the stability, performance, or security of the Web App or Website may result in immediate termination of access.
All software, code, design, structure, branding, graphics, and content of the Web App and the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer (Adel Mahmoudian).
All materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including international law.
Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the Web App or the Website, is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright laws.
The Web App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees regarding continuous availability, performance, error-free operation, or data accuracy.
Users assume all risks associated with use of the Web App or Website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Web App, the Website and their Developer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Web App or Website.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. This limitation applies regardless of any warranties, whether express or implied.
Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their actions, decisions, and use of the Service, and that any reliance on the Service is at their own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, without prior notice, in cases of:
Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of the Web App, the Website, licenses, and any related activities comply with the laws and regulations of their own country or jurisdiction. We do not guarantee compliance with local laws in every country, and any violation of local laws, regulations, or mandatory consumer protection rules is the sole responsibility of the user.
Technical operations, license verification, and analytical computations are handled through Cloudflare and GitHub infrastructure. Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies, terms of service, and any applicable legal documents of these third-party platforms.
We may update or enforce these Terms without prior notice where necessary for security or system integrity. Continued use of the Web App or Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
