The Web App only receives the License Key entered by the user and the corresponding license-related data from the third-party platform (e.g., Gumroad), including purchase time, expiration time, and license type.
The Web App does not intentionally collect or process personal information such as users’ names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment details, or similar identifying data beyond what is strictly necessary for license verification and internal technical management purposes.
Technical Processing & Infrastructure: To ensure security, high-speed performance, and advanced analytics, the Web App utilizes Cloudflare infrastructure. While your data is stored locally, certain analytical calculations are processed in real-time via Edge Computing. Additionally, the Web App and the Website are hosted on Cloudflare and GitHub for standard web hosting, deployment, and content delivery purposes. No user-generated data is stored, retained, or accessible by us on these platforms. You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers.
The Website is accessible without registration and is intended for informational purposes only.
The Web App operates as a locally stored software tool. All user-generated data, performance statistics, notes, and any other data entered by the user are stored exclusively on the user's local device. We do not collect, store, or maintain any user-generated data on our servers.
Because all data is stored locally:
The user is solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining backups, safeguarding their device, and ensuring the preservation of their data.
If the user resets or deletes the Web App, clears browser storage, formats their device, resets their system, changes browsers, or otherwise removes local data, such data may be permanently lost.
We disclaim any responsibility or liability for loss, corruption, deletion, inaccessibility, or inability to recover locally stored data under any circumstances.
The Web App retains only technical license-related data, such as License Keys, their expiration dates, and Master Passwords, solely for the purpose of verifying valid usage and preventing misuse. Master Passwords are stored exclusively in a securely hashed format. The Web App and the Developer do not have access to your actual plaintext password and cannot recover it if lost. No personal information is collected or stored. These records are kept as long as necessary for operational and security purposes.
All purchases, payments, billing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and transaction approvals are handled exclusively by third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad). The Web App does not control, process, supervise, or act as the merchant of record for these platforms.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the third-party platform’s legal documents, including its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, before completing any transaction.
Users are fully responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of their License Keys and Master Passwords. The Web App stores license-related data solely for technical verification and internal license management purposes and does not actively monitor how licenses are used.
Any misuse or failure to comply with applicable laws, this Web App’s Terms of Service, or the third-party platform’s terms may result in limitation or suspension of license access.
The Website and the Web App may use minimal browser storage or cookies strictly for functional purposes necessary to operate the service. No personal information is intentionally collected or tracked through such storage mechanisms. Users are responsible for managing their own browser settings and storage preferences.
The Web App may be accessed from different countries and jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Web App, licenses, and any related third-party transactions comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in their country or jurisdiction.
The Web App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using the Web App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
Since the Web App does not intentionally collect or store personal data beyond license verification purposes, the risk of personal data exposure is significantly reduced. Users remain responsible for securing their own devices, browsers, and the storage of their License Keys and Master Passwords.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Web App, the Website and their Developer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
All responsibility for decisions, actions, and compliance with applicable laws remains solely with the user.
