Welcome to Adel | Trade Suite (the “Web App”) and its official website and landing pages (collectively, the “Website”). The Web App is developed and maintained by the Developer (“Adel Mahmoudian”), referred to herein as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Web App or the Website in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Adel | Trade Suite is a trading tools platform consisting of a Web App for trading tools, and a Website for informational purposes and access to the Web App.

The web application stores all user-entered data exclusively on the user's local device. The Web App does not store or retain any records or data on its servers.
The user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for backing up and preserving their data. We shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from the Web App reset, device reset, deletion, system formatting, or any other user action.
