This License applies to the Adel | Exhibition Space ecosystem (the “Product”), including but not limited to:
The Adel | Exhibition Space ecosystem, including all Hubs, Hub Items, and associated materials (collectively referred to as the “Software”), is the exclusive property of the Developer (“Adel Mahmoudian”) (hereinafter referred to as the "Author" or "Developer").
Adel Mahmoudian remains the sole Author and rights holder of all intellectual property rights. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee except for the limited usage rights explicitly granted in this License.
This License explicitly includes all current and future Hub modules and their associated items, unless otherwise stated in a separate license agreement.
This License applies to all deployed and distributed versions of the Product, including compiled builds and static deployments.
Upon purchasing a valid license, the Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use, deploy, and operate the Software for personal or business purposes within their own projects.
The Licensee may create, run, and maintain applications, systems, or digital experiences using the Software and make the resulting deployed instances accessible to end users.
The Licensee may modify user-configurable content, data, assets, and configuration settings intended for customization within their own deployed instances of the Software.
Modification of user-configurable content does not transfer ownership of the Software itself or grant rights to redistribute modified versions of the Software.
The Licensee may not:

This Software is provided for the development, deployment, and operation of independent digital products and services.
The Licensee may use the Software to build interactive experiences, applications, tools, or other software-based systems in accordance with the permissions and restrictions defined in this License.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

This Product may integrate with or link to third-party services. All third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and licenses. The Author disclaims all responsibility and liability for third-party content, functionality, or policies. Use of such services is at the user's own discretion and risk.
The Author reserves the right to update or modify this License for the Product or any of its future versions, deployments, or associated digital instances.
