This License applies to the Adel | Audio Lab product, including but not limited to:

• Web Application
• Marketing Website / Landing Pages
• Source Code
• Backend Services / APIs (if applicable)
• UI/UX Design and Assets
• Documentation and Related Materials
• Any associated digital or deployed instances

1. Ownership

The Adel | Audio Lab and all associated materials (collectively referred to as the “Software”) are the exclusive property of the Developer (“Adel Mahmoudian”) (hereinafter referred to as the "Author" or "Developer").

Adel Mahmoudian remains the sole author and rights holder of all intellectual property rights. No rights, titles, or interests are transferred or licensed to any third party except as explicitly stated in this License.

Permission is granted to access and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial, demonstration, and evaluation purposes.
